Paul has a career spanning 30 years in project management and extensive experience as a project / programme manager, project planner and client advisor in property, across a range of sectors with a focus on large commercial refurbishment, fit out and new build projects.  

During his diverse career he has been a Client, a consultant and a managing contractor giving him a unique insight into all aspects of projects and programmes. He has managed major global accounts and programmes with large investment banks, lawyers, accountancy firms, technology and telecommunications companies across commercial, retail and residential projects. 

Paul is retained by many investors, funds, developers and corporate occupiers to advise on construction and property related matters, Having worked previously for companies such as Costain, AYH plc, Davis Langdon LLP, AECOM and Opera he now dedicates his time to PBPM. He is also highly regarded as a Fit Out Expert Witness in Rent Review Arbitration and is called to give his opinion in matters of dispute. 

He is renowned for his proactive, non confrontational style, is solution based and totally client focussed.
